However, because some jurisdictions define “consumer health data” very broadly, some information we collect from you might be considered “consumer health data” under those laws. Just like any other data we collect, we primarily use this information to provide our service to you and help you connect with other users.

We might share what is perceived as consumer health data with the following groups, but only when necessary for the reasons mentioned above:

  • Users: You share information with other users when you choose to publish it to the Service, like in your Profile.
  • Providers: We share information with companies that help us run our service. They provide services like data storage, customer support, and security.
  • Affiliates: We may share information with our affiliated companies that help us process data. This might include tasks like data storage, customer support, and security.
  • Corporate Affiliation: If we get involved in a business deal like a merger, sale, or restructuring, we might need to share your information.
  • Law Enforcement / Legal Processes: We may share your data to:
  1. Comply with legal processes like court orders or investigations.
  2. Help prevent or detect crimes.
  3. Protect someone's safety.
  4. Defend against legal claims.

Personal Information Processing Activities

Some of the information we gather may be classified as “sensitive personal information” under the CCPA. This may include precise geolocation (if you choose to share it), biometric data (for features like face presence analysis), and the content of your messages. We implement other safeguards, including without limitation, restricted location sharing, automatic profile picture blurring, and limited searchability. We do not collect social security numbers, driver's license numbers, or government ID numbers. We only use this sensitive personal information to provide and enhance our services for you, and to safeguard our services and community. We do not use this data to infer any characteristics about you.

Service Use from Outside the United States

Our Service is generally intended for individuals located within the United States. Please be aware that our Website servers and our service providers may be located outside of your state, province or country. • At your direction and with your consent.
  • To fulfill contracts we might have with you.
  • For public interest.
  • For vital interests.
  • For other legitimate business purposes.
  • To comply with a legal obligation.

We will only use your Personal Information for the purposes for which we collected it, unless we reasonably consider that we need to use it for another reason and that reason is compatible with the original purpose.

If there is any change in the purposes for which we collect your Personal Information, we will inform you of such change. If you wish to obtain an explanation as to how the processing for the new purpose is compatible with the original purposes, please contact us through the contact details provided at the top of this Privacy Policy. If we need to use your Personal Information for an unrelated purpose, we will notify you and will explain the legal basis which allows us to do so.

Subject to applicable law, you have the following rights in relation to your Personal Information:

  • Right of access: If you ask us, we will confirm whether we are processing your Personal Information and, if so, provide you with a copy of that Personal Information (along with certain other details). If you require additional copies, we may need to charge a reasonable fee.
  • Right to rectification: If your Personal Information is inaccurate or incomplete, you are entitled to have it rectified or completed. If we have shared your Personal Information with others, we will tell them about the rectification where possible. • Right to erasure: You may ask us to delete or remove your Personal Information and we will do so in some circumstances, such as where we no longer need it (we may not delete your data when other interests outweigh your right to deletion). • Right to restrict processing: You may ask us to restrict or ‘block’ the processing of your Personal Information in certain circumstances, such as where you contest the accuracy of that Personal Information or object to us processing it. We will tell you before we lift any restriction on processing. If we have shared your Personal Information with others, we will tell them about the restriction where possible. If you ask us, where possible and lawful to do so, we will also tell you with whom we shared your Personal Information so that you can contact them directly.

We will give you your Personal Information in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You may reuse it elsewhere.
  • Right to object: You may ask us at any time to stop processing your Personal Information, and we will do so:
    • If we are relying on a legitimate interest to process your Personal Information—unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing; or
    • If we are processing your Personal Information for direct marketing.
  • Rights in relation to automated decision-making and profiling: You have the right to be free from decisions based solely on automated processing of your Personal Information, including profiling, unless such profiling is necessary for entering into, or the performance of, a contract between you and us. Hubble Golf does not make decisions based solely on automated processing.
  • Right to withdraw consent: If we rely on your consent to process your Personal Information, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on your prior consent.
  • Right to anonymity: You have the right to request anonymity. This means that your Personal Information would not be collected or processed. If you choose to exercise this right, we may not be able to provide you with your requested goods or services.
  • Right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority: If you have a concern about our privacy practices, including the way we have handled your Personal Information, you can report it to the data protection authority that is authorized to hear those concerns.
