1:57 | what’s it like to defend the title from

2:01 | ago yeah it’s going to play quite a bit

2:03 | different you know with the over seated

2:05 | grass uh it’s not going to bounce nearly

2:07 | as much so I think the golf course will

2:08 | play a lot longer um and it’s going to

2:11 | be a lot warmer so you know the ball the

2:12 | ball’s actually going to travel so um

2:15 | maybe they’ll all set each other a

2:16 | little bit but overall I think the golf

2:18 | course is going to play soft and um

2:20 | which is quite different than when it

2:21 | played how it played in November how

2:23 | might it be different from a driving

2:25 | perspective yeah um I think it’s I

2:28 | actually think the PHS might be a little

2:29 | easier to hit because it is you know um

2:32 | the grass is longer this time of year so

2:34 | you’ll be able to hold the fairways I

3:17 | and then all of a sudden you play well

3:19 | for you know a couple months straight so

3:35 | particular yeah I feel I feel good about

3:43 | I haven’t driven the golf ball as well

3:45 | have liked so this week I’m looking

3:47 | again to change that um it’s a golf

3:49 | course where I’ve had my most success

3:51 | with the driver the last time I was here

3:53 | so um that’s the combo I’m looking for

5:36 | couple of golf balls for me especially

5:38 | around the greens so the collars are

5:40 | pretty soft and they’re H holding and in

5:42 | years past the balls would often you

5:44 | know run off of the greens into some

5:45 | trouble spots and the fairways would

5:47 | play a lot narrower with the overseed

5:50 | with the spring the golf course is

5:52 | playing a lot softer and it’s really

5:54 | going to be a bomber’s paradise this

5:55 | week so a lot of smiles so far it’s only

5:57 | Tuesday we’ll see how things turn out

7:30 | they have a lot of runoff and and when

7:32 | it when it’s overseed Bermuda it’s not

7:35 | going to run as far and it’s softer and

7:37 | then it’s got you know some over seated

7:39 | rough to stop the ball closer to the

7:42 | greens I mean these balls would continue

7:44 | rolling off into really hard spots to

7:46 | get uh up and in from when it played

7:49 | that firm and also the fairways were

7:51 | harder to hit so as Tony Fen out said

7:54 | it’s going to be a a kind of a counter

7:56 | punch uh punch argument is yeah it’s

7:58 | going to play longer cuz it’s softer but

8:01 | it’s also going to play easier because

8:03 | of it’s easier to hit the fairways and

8:05 | keep the ball around the greens look for

8:09 | this is a par 70 it’s got five par 3es

8:12 | and just three par fives so again like

8:15 | Copperhead last week they’re going to

8:16 | have five chances at par 3es and one of

8:19 | the things about Pros when they play a

8:20 | lot of par 3es typically they don’t take

8:23 | advantage you know and make a lot of

8:24 | birdies on those holes so you would

8:26 | expect the scoring average to be fairly

8:28 | High which has been here last year it

8:31 | was actually overpar for the field for

8:33 | the week so this year I think it’s going

8:35 | to be underpar for the field for the

8:37 | week and when you look at uh the scoring

8:40 | as I said I think 16 unders in danger

8:42 | this week and of course who does it

8:44 | favor

8:46 | well the long hitters are usually

8:48 | favored but you got a long hitters that

8:50 | are on top of their game right
